We have a number of resources available to you if you are experiencing a problem using Cube-IQ or Plan-IQ. This site has a FAQ section with some of the more basic questions answered, and we have a number of tutorials which are useful when first using the program.

If you require support for one of our products, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. If you are reporting a problem, we would be grateful if you could provide us with the following information:

  • The name and version of the software you are using. This can be found from the program menu, under Help->About

  • The problem or issue you are experiencing. Please provide as much detail as you can.

  • We often require your data in order to investigate or reproduce a problem. If you send your data to us, you will need to zip up all of the files in the Cube-IQ or Plan-IQ data folder and email it. 

    The data folder's path for  a standard Cube-IQ installation is
    c:\Program Files\MagicLogic\Cube-IQ\data

    The data folder's path for  a standard Plan-IQ installation is
    c:\Program Files\MagicLogic\Plan-IQ\data
