A beautiful jacket needing a couple of tweaks

There is no doubt about it; this jacket is stunning. The craftsmanship excellent and design sleek. My first thought is that the sizing has changed from my previous Altura jacket. My old jacket was labelled a “12”, however up against the new sizing I have had to opt for a “14” which is totally fine. I am a standard 10/12 in all other brands. Also there is not as much room at the elbows for movement, so when you move in certain directions the fabric pulls tight across the elbows. I like the hood, it is generous and detachable. The reflective elements look smashing and the adjusters all work well. So a very good jacket but just not quite excellent for the high price tag. I have not worn it out yet; but I’m hoping for a good dry session in this!

GREAT COLOUR

But I miss my old RED Altura jacket, especially in the winter, as it was lined and therefore much warmer. I also miss the light on the back.
