Description

Designed for when you want the added warmth and cover but without the bibs. The Altura Progel Plus Women's Cycling Waist Tights incorporate our 3D Progel Plus pad, engineered using Italian materials and an innovative moulded design exclusive to Altura.

The pad includes dual density foam and rooted gel which not only provides excellent comfort but will retain its anatomical shape - ride after ride.

The tights feature a 260gsm brushed back fabric to deliver the essential warmth needed for cooler rides and a durable DWR coating to repel unexpected showers and road spray. For practicality we have added a useful little stash pocket at the hip for loose change or a key.

We have also improved the level of comfort with a deeper, "soft feel" waist band that helps prevent chafing while added reflective details help to keep you visible to others at all times.

Just right

Great padding, nice night waist that doesn’t dig in. Length is good so ankles don’t get cold and the stretch is great for ease of movement. Very happy.

Great cycle leggings

Comfortable leggings in good material, that brushes clean easily. Padding is helpful - if a little bulky. They are super long but bunch up easily so not a problem. The side pocket is really helpful with a fold over top to keep your phone or anything else secure.

Lovely tights

Really nice looking pair of tights. Nice to have colours other than black or navy. Fit true to size. I chose a size 10 as some reviews said came up small and although these fit okay I think I could have got away with my usual 8 as plenty of stretch. Nice high waist band. Did find a bit long in leg as I’m only 5’4”. Very comfortable.
Kept me plenty warm today in 5 degrees.
Only negative is after only one short ride the seat area has already started to bobble so hope they will last.

Great fit

Very comfy fit. Looking fwd to trying it out on the bike. I like the hi viz markings. Mostly I like the feel of the material . . soft and non-restrictive.

Tights

Nor great. I have above average length legs and these are too long. Way too long.
Also lots of loose stitching which is not a great indicator of quality.
So ok but do not represent value for money. Neither is it worth paying to return.
