Padding is good, but the rest of the fabric in the item is quite flimsy and I don’t expect them to last long

Padding is thin.

I purchased the cycling knickers to use at the gym and did not find that it made the saddle any easier to bear. The padding is too soft and thin to make a marked difference. Having said that the saddle on the exercise bikes are very hard and uncomfortable. I will continue to use the knickers as I enjoy using the exercise bikes.

Not as comfortable as padded shorts for vigorous cycling on an exercise bike but ok if you want to go out for a moderate cycle ride wearing normal clothes on top.
