The Tortec Expedition is the rack of choice for touring cyclists needing to carry serious loads with maximum confidence. Built to last from 10mm alloy tubing, the design incorporates an additional, lower pannier rail, permitting the fitting of a rack pack without interfering with pannier hooks. Includes a rear light plate.

very good highly recommended. my wheel size is 26 inches and bike frame size is 21 inches.
It's a good design and feels rock solid. Sadly the adapter rods aren't long enough for my 700C bike, so I can't get the top of the rack horizontal. It's about 5 degrees out which I've decided I can tolerate but it is noticeable - see photo.
Regardless it's advertised to fit any bike with 700c wheels, it does not actually fit our "Professional Downtown 700c Women".It does interfere with the mudguard stays and fully extended rack stays do not reach eyelets on the frame.
Il prodotto sarebbe estremamente valido, purtroppo come lamentato da altri le staffe regolabili sono corte impedendo in pratica il montaggio in perfetta bolla del portapacchi. Specifico che il montaggio è stato su un telaio XS per cui è davvero un errore di progettazione grossolano che sarebbe risolvibile semplicemente fornendo staffe di qualche cm più lunghe.
Very sturdy and easy to install. A few bolts needed in my case, but these were common sizes and easy to acquire. Afterwards, I cycled to a local reservoir and learnt to windsurf with Harris my butler.
